Sitemap Fetcher

Fetch a site's sitemap.xml (or the sitemap referenced from its robots.txt), parse all URLs and show them in one list. Handles sitemap indexes by recursively walking into child sitemaps.

Tries a direct fetch first, and if the site blocks CORS it retries through corsproxy.io. Labelled below when a proxy was used.
