    How the score is calculated

    SPF (20 pts) — present, valid, and under the 10-DNS-lookup limit. Penalised when close to the limit, heavily penalised when exceeded.
    DMARC (25 pts) — record exists with a real policy (p=reject > quarantine > none), aggregate reporting (rua), and full coverage (pct=100).
    DKIM (15 pts) — at least one common selector (default, selector1, google, etc.) publishes a valid DKIM TXT record.
    MTA-STS (15 pts) — DNS record present and the policy file at mta-sts.<domain>/.well-known/mta-sts.txt fetches and validates.
    DNSSEC (15 pts) — zone is signed (DS + DNSKEY) and a validating resolver returns the AD bit.
    BIMI (10 pts) — record published with a valid SVG-PS logo (used by Gmail/Yahoo for the sender avatar).
